Job Title: Financial Analyst Job Shift: Day Job Schedule: Full-Time Job Description: This position supports the US Service Provider ("SP") Channels Finance Organization (Sales) with financial and business analysis and reports to the Channels Finance Organization.
This position will be responsible for supporting the SP Channels and SP Channels Finance Organization by maintaining, developing and monitoring financial reporting packages to enhance efficiency and better equip management to drive their business. Candidate will be looked at to lead and partner with various finance and operations teams to create and maintain critical financial packages. This includes creating data packages and understanding, analyzing and presenting key trends.
This position requires strong drive, cross functional collaboration, communication and the ability to see the big picture but still be able to have a thorough understanding of the details. They will be strong advocates for increasing productivity in the Service Provider Channels Finance reporting structure by partnering with Theater Channels Finance teams, WW Functional Finance teams and WW Sales Finance Operations. Candidate must have interest in increasing productivity and driving process improvements. Candidate will be looked at to lead and partner with various finance and operations teams to create and maintain critical financial packages. This includes creating data packages and understanding, analyzing and presenting key trends that impact the business.

Skills Required / Desired: Strong Technical Skills Required:
- Database: Access
- Reporting Tools: Business Objects v5+
- Spreadsheet Tools : MS Excel skills preferred (Data downloads, data transfer, and pivot tables a must)
Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in financial, accounting, sales, commission related data analysis and reporting
- 3 years of project management: organization, scheduling, planning skills Organizational "Fit" Considerations:
- Self-motivated; positive attitude; team oriented. Overtime may be required.
- Independent worker, great communication skills Education Required
- Bachelor¿s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting Organizational "Fit"
